Dear all,
Hope the links below might provide
some background info. as how to explain/handle complaints
from Lehman cases, etc, etc. Frank Partnoy ( professor of law at
the University of San Diego ), Brooksley Born ( former chairperson of CFTC
) and many others have warned the situation long beforehand but
were largely ignored.
